COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

As Israel is reopening to tourists, we hope to be able to run another extraordinary in-person program this upcoming summer, welcoming to Jerusalem participants from all over the world as we have done for so many years.

Nevertheless, we strongly advise participants to follow-up on the guidelines established by the Israeli Government concerning air travel to Israel and requirements to obtain a student visa with respect to their country which might be updated before the summer.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are also offering an ONLINE version of our summer courses at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (with a 30% discount on tuition fees) that include talks, presentations, and workshops by many of Israel’s top mentors, companies, and entrepreneurs that regularly receive our groups.

Every year we confirm our programs no later than one month before the start date, once the required number of participants have paid the participation fee.

We would like to confirm that all payments made to RIS and IBH can be refunded, deducting only fees charged by the bank or PayPal for the payment and reimbursement transactions, if we are forced to cancel the program, or if you have registered only* for the IN-PERSON version of our program and:

  1. The Israeli government denies entrance to Israel to citizens of your country.
  2. A travel warning is issued by your country’s government that prohibits its citizens from traveling to Israel.

*In the cases mentioned above, applicants that have paid the in-person participation fee and have registered for both, the online and in-person versions, will participate in the online version and will be refunded the difference between the online and in-person program participation fees that were paid to IBH.

Please note that since refunds via Paypal can only be issued for a period of 180 days, reimbursements via PayPal after this period will be sent as a separate payment to the same PayPal account that emitted the original transaction.

You should know that student safety is of the utmost priority to IBH and RIS and our objective is to provide students with a positive and enriching experience. We are closely following the travel restrictions issued by Israel Health Ministry and will update you as needed.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other further doubts or concerns at registration@innovNation.net.

We hope that there will soon be a safe resolution to this current situation and look forward to having the chance to welcome you to Israel this summer.
